These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of senmere.com and any purchase from SENMERE (“SENMERE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Store and eligibility
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you. You must be able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account, billing, delivery, and contact information.
2. Product information
We aim to describe and photograph every product accurately. Natural fibers may show small variations in color, texture, weight, and appearance. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Measurements are approximate, and style-specific fit information should be reviewed before purchase.
Material composition, care guidance, country of origin, and other product information will be stated on the applicable product page and/or product label. If information on a product page conflicts with information on the attached product label, please contact us before use or laundering.
3. Availability and orders
